Can YOU really be a Celebrity?
I laugh at this question all the time… because the
obvious answer is absolutely “Yes!”
With today’s availability & accessibility to mass media and “new” media,
everyone (and I mean everyone) has the opportunity to become
a fitness celebrity or any other type of celebrity in their business niche.
Just look at me. I grew up a poor kid from Ridgefield, NJ went to jail as a young man
and I was a B student… (OK, I got a few “C’s” & “D’s”) but despite all of that, I
co-authored 2 books and wrote “askROCCO Uncensored v1”, I
have been in a Michael Moore movie “The Big One” and on the hit TV
show “MADE” on MTV…which by the way… won an Emmy! …as well as every
TV news station such as CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, FOX, ABC, NBC and CBS… not bad
for a kid from Jersey!
I have been featured in magazines like Muscle & Fitness, Self, Pilates Style
and newspapers like the New York Times, USA Today, and at least 30 local
newspapers across the country with at least 250 articles written about me.
For years I was on the # 1 Radio Show in Cincinnati which brought
on a syndicated radio segment in 25 markets… as well as a syndicated
column called “askROCCO” .
Plus…I’ve been the “Behind-the-Scenes” brand development
consultant for MANY BIG NAME fitness professionals, professional
athletes, speakers, authors, coaches &
experts…that you probably already know!
So, this is all either…
1) An accident
2) Pure luck
3) Or…this celebrity status is something that YOU can
choose to create?
I actually know it is #3 above. That’s because it’s
exactly what I did for myself…and it’s what you can do
too.
In fact, I have been able to identify some very key
strategies that have helped me become a celebrity in the
fitness industry and I would like to share them with you so
you can follow my example and do the same.
Are you up for the challenge?
